Gourmet tours of the castle: a unique gastronomic experience<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

Come and enjoy a unique gastronomic experience at the heart of Sedan Castle. On Friday 29 and Saturday 30 August 2025, the Embassy of the Brotherhoods of the Ardennes and the Sedan Fortress invite you on an exceptional gourmet tour. <\/p>\n\n

On the menu: eight gourmet stages prepared by the best Ardennes chefs, with food and wine pairings, and a chance to discover the new tour of the giant of the Ardennes! <\/p>\n\n

Last year’s event was sold out. Don’t hesitate to book online now (booking required – limited to 35 people per departure). Prices: \u20ac80 per person (\u20ac15 for children under 15). Departures at 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm every evening. Upon arrival, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your slot in the castle courtyard. <\/p>\n\n

On the menu for these evenings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Enjoy an aperitif in the Salle du Jeu de Paume with a P\u00e9tillant de rhubarbe from Ferme Cour Rheoum (Remaucourt) accompanied by Michel Collin’s p\u00e2t\u00e9 Rimbaud, served by the Confr\u00e9rie de la bi\u00e8re d’Arthur and p\u00e2t\u00e9 Rimbaud.<\/p>\n\n

Continue with the 1\u02b3\u1d49<\/sup> starter on the Cannon Terrace with a black pudding spread with foie gras and foie gras chantilly from master artisan charcutier Michel Collin (Prix-les-M\u00e9zi\u00e8res).<\/p>\n\n

Under the vaults, we present the 2\u1d49 starter: crayfish tails, scallop emulsion and crispy cuttlefish ink (St\u00e9phane Vernel, L’Art du Net)<\/p>\n\n

On the Bastion des Dames, discover the 1st<\/sup> course: melting slice of sole en marini\u00e8re (Philippe R\u00e9my, La Table de Saint-Berthauld, Chaumont-Porcien)<\/p>\n\n

On the Terrasse du tr\u00e9buchet, enjoy the 2\u1d49<\/sup> dish Supr\u00eame de volaille fa\u00e7on Gaston G\u00e9rard et son millefeuille de l\u00e9gumes ardennais (J\u00e9r\u00e9my Andr\u00e9, member of the Acad\u00e9mie Nationale de Cuisine, l’Atelier Gourm’Hand, Charleville-M\u00e9zi\u00e8res).<\/p>\n\n

In the heart of Caf\u00e9 La Marck, enjoy a cheese break with Rocroy cheese and tomette from the GAEC de la Croix-de-Fer in Rocroy, served by the Rocroy cheese and beer brotherhood.<\/p>\n\n

In the Galerie des Antiques, enjoy a dessert with a dark chocolate shell, blue chocolate nougatine mousse and crunchy praline insert (Lilian Ferrari, member of the Acad\u00e9mie Nationale de Cuisine, Aux douceurs de la vall\u00e9e bakery, Fumay).<\/p>\n\n

To round off the evening, a glass of champagne or an Ardennes beer will be served in the Ducs de Bouillon room. <\/p>\n\n
